The Artists and Staff at Piano Spheres are committed to presenting concerts while maintaining the highest level of safety according to the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. According to the Small and Large Gatherings and other CDC Guidelines, we require the following:
- Proof of full vaccination (two weeks after second dose in a 2-dose series, or after single-dose vaccine) OR
- Proof of negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the start time of the Piano Spheres event.
- Remain socially distant from other attendees and households, while traveling and seated, whenever possible. We recommend that individuals and households maintain a minimum one-seat distance from one another.
- Remain masked, both indoors and outdoors.
- The following categories of people are exempt from the requirement to wear a mask:
- A person with a disability who cannot wear a mask, or cannot safely wear a mask, for reasons related to the disability.
- A person for whom wearing a mask would create a risk to workplace health, safety, or job duty as determined by the workplace risk assessment.

- If you are feeling one or more symptoms of COVID-19, regardless of vaccination or test status, you are required to stay home.
- Piano Spheres COVID-19 Protocol is subject to change based on changing CDC Guidelines and Piano Spheres staff policy. We reserve the right to rescind or change these policies at any time.
